Made of high-quality black leather and lined with black fleece, these wrist or ankle cuffs are attractive, extremely comfortable to wear, and highly functional.
Each cuff features a ½" Triangle/O-Ring, and a Locking Roller Buckle which accepts a padlock, but does not need one to stay closed. They are 2¼" wide and adjustable. Each size is sold in pairs.
